Who Am I

I’ve always loved sports, but track and field is what truly stuck. What started as curiosity about how far I could jump or how fast I could move grew into a passion for competition and personal growth.

What drew me to track was the ability to pursue individual goals while being part of a team. It taught me discipline, accountability, and consistency, values that continue to shape how I train and coach today.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria, I moved to the United States with my family at a young age. My athletic journey led me to compete collegiately at Principia College and later at Saint Mary’s College of California at the Division I level.

Today, I help athletes and individuals build strength, improve mobility, and achieve their goals through personalized training and purposeful coaching.
